摘要
乌东德水电站泄洪洞出口环境边坡高达746 m,发育82个危险块体,存在块体崩塌滚落的风险,严重威胁下方泄洪洞出口安全。根据块体影响对象不同进行分区,采用三维刚体极限平衡法进行稳定性计算并作针对性防治设计;为有效管控环境边坡风险,提出块体失稳风险定量评估方法,明确了风险管控的重点对象,并按风险高低安排块体施工顺序,采取了设置施工支洞、临时加固块体和安全监测等管控措施,有效保障了工程安全。研究成果可为环境边坡防治设计与管理提供参考。
The environmental slope at the outlet of the spillway tunnel of Wudongde Hydropower Station was as high as 746 m and with 82 dangerous blocks.There were risks of block collapsing and rolling,seriously threatening the safety of the spillway exit below.According to the different objects affected by the block,the partition control was carried out,the three-dimensional rigid body limit equilibrium method was used to calculate the stability,and pertinent control measures were designed.In order to effectively control the risks of environmental slopes,a quantitative assessment method for the risk of block instability was proposed,the key objects of risk management were clarified,and the block construction sequence was arranged according to the level of risk,measures such as designing construction adit,reinforcing blocks and taking safety monitoring were carried out,which effectively guaranteed the safety of the project.The research results can be a reference for the design and management of environmental slope treatment.
