摘要
根据介电泳作用能对微米尺寸颗粒进行操控,本研究设计一种基于交流电场对溶液中两种不同尺寸微藻进行分选的装置。首先使用画图软件设计分选装置的结构,运用有限元方法建立分选装置的多物理场耦合数值模型,计算并分析分选结果。最后总结出影响分选装置分选结果的因素为两种微藻尺寸、电极电压、溶液流速以及电极数量;通过调控影响分选装置的因素,提高分选装置的分选效率,并能对尺寸差异较小的微藻进行分选。
According to the manipulation of micron sized particles by Dielectrophoresis,a device for sorting two kinds of microalgae with different sizes based on AC electric field is designed in this study.Firstly,the structure of the sorting device is designed by drawing software,the multi physical field coupling numerical model of the sorting device is established by finite element method.Next,the sorting results are calculated and analyzed.Finally,find out the size of two kinds of microalgae,electrode voltage,solution flow rate and the number of electrodes that based on sorting results using sorting device.By adjusting the factors affecting the sorting device,the sorting efficiency of the sorting device can be improved,and the microalgae with small size difference can be sorted.
