新型农业经营主体是近些年为适应农业发展出现的新生事物,是在土地集体所有制、家庭联产承包经营的基础上产生的,是对家庭联产承包经营的进一步完善。新型农业经营主体促进了农民向城市转移,加快了土地流转,有利于农业生产力和农户经济效益的提高。本文根据建湖县新型农业经营主体发展现状,对新型农业经营主体发展过程中存在的问题进行了详细分析,并提出了解决问题的对策以促进新型农业经营主体的培育,加快现代农业产业的发展。
