瓜州县广至乡生态移民社区文化认同研究

Investigation and Research on the Cultural Identity of Ecological Immigrant Community in Guangzhi Town of Guazhou County

生态移民社区文化认同能有效反映移民对搬迁社区文化的融入和归属感。本文以广至乡生态移民对社区文化认同情况为研究对象,采取调查问卷和半结构式访谈的方式进行了调查。调查结果发现:广至乡社区文化认同存在文化活动形式陈旧,缺乏创新;文化氛围缺乏,村民参与意识薄弱,社区归属感不强;社区治理机制不完善等问题,对生态移民社区居民的文化融入和归属感产生了消极影响。基于生态移民社区文化认同方面存在的问题,提出了创新社区活动,形成社区文化特色;满足村民文化需求,增强村民参与意识和社区归属感;培育社区组织资源,促进移民社区多元文化的共存和融合等对策,以期对促进生态移民社区文化认同感提供参考。

The cultural identity of the ecological immigrant community can effectively reflect the integration and sense of belonging of immigrants to the culture of the relocation community.This paper takes the ecological immigrants to the community cultural identity in Guangzhi Township as the research object,using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews to investigate.The results of the investigation show that:the cultural identity of the Community in Guangzhi township has outdated forms of cultural activities and a lack of innovation;the lack of cultural atmosphere,the villagers'participation consciousness is weak,and the sense of community belonging is not strong.The imperfection of community governance mechanisms and other problems have a negative impact on the cultural integration and sense of belonging of residents in ecological immigrant communities.Based on the problems existing in the cultural identity of ecological immigrant communities,putting forward to innovate community activities and form community cultural characteristics.To meet the cultural needs of villagers and enhance their sense of participation and community belonging;To foster community organization resources and promote the coexistence and integration of diverse cultures in immigrant communities,to provide a reference for promoting the cultural identity of ecological immigrant communities.
