新型城镇化背景下“村改居”社区体育新图景

A New Picture of Community Sports in Transformation of Rural Village Council to Urban Resident Committee under the Background of New Urbanization

“村改居”社区体育具有体育文化的过渡性、体育需求的多样性和体育锻炼的离散性等特征。“村改居”社区体育存在体育场地设施配置不足和供需结构失衡、居民体育活动形式单一、社会体育指导员匮乏、居民体育消费水平较低且结构单一等问题。在新型城镇化背景下,应基于合作治理,优化公共体育场地设施的供给结构;引入社会力量,开展丰富的社区体育活动;推动“校社”合作,加速社区体育人才队伍建设;以供给侧结构性改革为主,正确引导体育消费观。

Community sports in Transformation of Rural Village Council to Urban Resident Committee has the characteristics of the transition of sports culture,the diversity of sports needs and the dispersion of sports exercise.There are some problems in the community sports in Transformation of Rural Village Council to Urban Resident Committee,such as insufficient allocation of sports facilities,unbalance of supply and demand structure,single form of residents sports activities,lack of social sports instructors,low level of residents sports consumption and single structure.In the context of new urbanization,the supply structure of public sports facilities should be optimized based on cooperative governance;Social forces should be introduced to carry out rich community sports activities;School-community cooperation should be promoted to accelerate the construction of community sports talent team;Supply side structural reform should be emphasized and sports consumption concept should be correctly guided.
