小儿推拿治疗儿童功能性消化不良的安全性分析

Analysis of the safety of massage in children with functional dyspepsia

目的探讨小儿推拿治疗儿童功能性消化不良的安全性。方法选取2018年6月—2019年5月于该院进行治疗的功能性消化不良患儿68例为研究对象,通过数字法随机分成对照组和观察组各34例,对照组接受健胃消食口服液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受小儿推拿治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后临床症状积分、食欲调节因子及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前两组患儿的腹胀、腹痛、厌食、嗳气、恶心呕吐、早饱症状积分、生长激素释放肽、神经肽Y及瘦素水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患儿的腹胀、腹痛、厌食、嗳气、恶心呕吐及早饱症状积分均低于对照组患儿,观察组患儿的生长激素释放肽和神经肽Y水平均高于对照组患儿(t=7.054、6.127,均P<0.05),瘦素水平低于对照组患儿(t=5.846,P<0.05),观察组患儿的发热、恶心、呕吐及腹泻的不良反应发生率低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论小儿推拿在儿童功能性消化不良的治疗中,能够有效改善患儿的临床症状,促进食欲调节因子分泌,减少患儿的不良反应,达到良好的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the safety of massage in children with functional dyspepsia.Methods 68 children with functional dyspepsia who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to may 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Jianwei Xiaoshi oral liquid,and the observation group was treated with children massage on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom scores,appetite regulating factors and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment Rate.Results before treatment,the scores of abdominal distention,abdominal pain,anorexia,belching,nausea and vomiting,early satiety and the levels of GHRP,NPY and leptin in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal distention,abdominal pain,anorexia,belching,nausea and vomiting and early satiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)The levels of GHRP and NPY in children were higher than those in the control group(t=7.054,6.127,P<0.05),the level of leptin was lower than that in the control group(t=5.846,P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions of fever,nausea,vomiting and diarrhea in children in the observation group was lower than that in children in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion pediatric massage in the treatment of children’s functional dyspepsia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,promote the secretion of appetite regulating factors,reduce the adverse reactions of children,and achieve good therapeutic effect.
