护理路径表在经口腔前庭入路腔镜甲状腺手术围术期中的应用研究

Application of nursing path table in the perioperative period of endoscopic thyroid surgery via oral vestibular approach

目的研究经口腔前庭入路腔镜甲状腺手术围术期护理路径表在甲状腺手术护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月〜2022年9月于本院行经口腔前庭入路腔镜甲状腺手术患者85例,将其按照入院时间的不同进行分组,其中2020年8月〜2021年9月入院治疗的42例患者纳入对照组,2021年10月〜2022年9月入院治疗的43例患者纳入观察组,其中对照组采用常规护理法进行护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用围术期护理路径表进行护理,采用甲状腺健康问卷调查评估干预前和干预后两组患者甲状腺认知度变化,采用护理满意度调查表评估两组患者护理满意度,比较两组患者并发症(伤口疼痛、伤口感染、吞咽疼痛、颈部不适)发生率。结果干预后,两组患者认知度均较干预前显著上升,且观察组的认知度显著高于对照组,观察组的满意度显著高于对照组(P均<0.05),两组患者伤口疼痛、伤口感染、吞咽疼痛和颈部不适均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论采用围术期护理路径表可有效提高经口腔前庭入路腔镜甲状腺手术患者的认知度和满意度,利于患者术后恢复。

Objective To study the application effects of perioperative nursing path table of endoscopic thyroid surgery via oral vestibular approach in the thyroid surgery nursing.Methods 85 patients undergoing endoscopic thyroid surgery via oral vestibular approach in the hospital from August 2020 to September 2022 were selected and grouped according to the different admission time.Among the patients 42 cases admitted between August 2020 and September 2021 were induded in control group,and 43 cases who were admitted to the hospl tal from 0ctober 2021 to September 2022 Were enrolled as observation group.T he control group received conventional nursing while the observation group adopted perioperative nursing path table nursing on the bais of conventional nursing Thyroid health questionnaire was used to evaluate the changes of thyroid cognition in the two groups of patients before and after intervention,and nursing satisfaction questionnaire was applied to evaluate the nursing satisfaction in the two groups of patients T he incidence rates of complications(wound pain,wound infection,swal lowing pain,nedk discomfort)were compared between the two groups of patients Results After intervention,the cognition in both groups was significantly inareased compared to before intervention,and the cognition In observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the satisfaction was also sgnificantly higher than that in control group(all P<0.05).There were no sgnifcant differences in wound pain,wound infection,swallowing pain and neck discomfort between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion T he application of perioperative nursing path table can effectively enhance the cognition and satisfaction of patients undergoing endoscopic thyroid surgery via oral vestibular approach,and it is conducive to postoperative recovery of patients.
