The Construction of the Discipline System,Academic System and Discourse System of Special Education

摘要 建设中国特色特殊教育学学科体系、学术体系和话语体系,不仅是解决中国特殊教育实践问题的学科钥匙,更是回应新时代提出的特殊教育迫切课题的学科担当。特殊教育学学科体系的建设应强化学科本质属性,凸显特殊教育学学科特性;注重分化与综合,促进特殊教育学学科群建设;完善学科建制,推动特殊教育学学科体系架构建设。特殊教育学学术体系的建设应追求理论思维,提高特殊教育学的学术品性;关切实践问题,形成特殊教育学的学术成果;探索前沿性研究,丰富特殊教育学的学术空间。特殊教育学话语体系的建设应注重内外均衡,构建特殊教育学话语的中国表达;坚持文化自信,奠定特殊教育学话语的中国基因;开放国际视野,扩大特殊教育学话语的国际影响力。 Building a discipline system,academic system and discourse system of special education with Chinese characteristics is not only the key to solving the practical problems of special education in China,but also the responsibility of the discipline to respond to the urgent topics of special education raised in the new era.It is an inherent requirement for the construction of the discipline of special pedagogy to always adhere to Marxism as its guide.To identify the logic of discipline development and build a disciplinary system of special pedagogy means strengthening the essential attributes of the discipline,highlighting its characteristics,focusing on the synthesis and differentiation,promoting the construction of special pedagogy subject groups,as well as improving its institutionalization.To deepen the interaction logic of theory and reality and build the academic system of special pedagogy is to pursue theoretical thinking,improve the academic character,concern about practical issues,form the academic achievements and explore the cutting-edge research,so as to enrich the academic space of special pedagogy.To build the discourse system of special pedagogy based on the local logic of China mainly refers to focusing on internal and external balance,constructing a Chinese expression of special pedagogical discourse,insisting on cultural confidence,establishing the Chinese gene of special pedagogical discourse,and opening up an international perspective to expand the international influence of special pedagogical discourse.
