摘要
基于307小煤柱工作面回采期间受构造应力及邻近305采空区残余应力影响,307回风顺槽小煤柱侧出现破碎、垮落现象,导致巷道两帮移近量大、顶板下沉严重的问题,隆安煤矿通过技术研究合理分析了小煤柱破碎机理,并对原巷帮支护进行优化,提出了“注浆+桁架锚杆+L型钢带”联合支护技术。实际应用效果表明,采取联合支护技术后,有效控制了小煤柱变形现象,保证了工作面后期安全高效回采。
Based on the influence of structural stress and residual stress in the adjacent 305 goaf during the mining period of the 307 small coal pillar working face,the phenomenon of fragmentation and collapse occurred on the side of the small coal pillar in the 307 return air trough,which led to the problems of large displacement of the two sides of the roadway and serious roof subsidence.Long'an Coal Mine reasonably analyzed the broken mechanism of the small coal pillar through technical research,optimized the original roadway side support,and put forward the"grouting+truss anchor rod+L-shaped steel belt"combined support technology.The practical application results show that after adopting the combined support technology,the deformation phenomenon of small coal pillar is effectively controlled,and the safe and efficient mining in the later stage of the working face is ensured.
