摘要
铺龙湾煤矿5110工作面开采过程中需通过51探巷,采用数值模拟方法分析了围岩失稳情况,提出注浆加固措施预防过51探巷围岩变形、失稳。研究结果表明,若不采取任何措施,过51探巷最大位移量为750mm,会发生大面积垮落;通过注浆填充加固措施改善围岩性质,结合U型钢加强支护措施,围岩最大位移量96 mm,能够有效预防围岩失稳。
During the mining process of the 5110 working face in Pulongwan Coal Mine,it is necessary to pass through the 51 exploration roadway.The numerical simulation method is used to analyze the instability situation of the surrounding rock,and the grouting reinforcement measures are proposed to prevent the deformation and instability of the surrounding rock of the 51 exploration roadway.The research results show that if no measures are taken,the maximum displacement of the 51 exploration roadway is 750 mm,and a large area of collapse will occur;Through grouting filling and reinforcement measures to improve the properties of the surrounding rock,combined with U-shaped steel to strengthen support measures,the maximum displacement of the surrounding rock is 96 mm,which can effectively prevent the instability of the surrounding rock.
