新景矿8118综采工作面采空区防灭火技术研究

摘要 采空区煤炭自燃对煤矿企业安全生产有极大威胁,通过对煤层性质和工作面采煤状况的分析,认为8号煤层存在遗煤自燃的可能性,提出了以保证工作面推进速度为主,以注浆、注氮综合防灭火体系为辅的采空区防灭火技术。结果表明,采空区中CO的浓度为0.002 1%,工作面上隅角的CO浓度为0.001 5%。 Spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf poses a great threat to the safety production of coal mine enterprises.Through the analysis of the nature of coal seams and the coal mining conditions of the working face,it is considered that there is the possibility of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the No.8 coal seam.The goaf fire prevention and extinguishing technology is proposed,which is mainly to ensure the advancing speed of the working face and supplemented by the comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing system of grouting and nitrogen injection.The results show that the concentration of CO in the goaf is 0.0021%and that in the upper corner of the working face is 0.0015%.
