基于偏差补偿的煤流含水率检测系统设计

摘要 为获得井下输送带煤流含水率,设计输送带煤流含水率检测系统。该系统采用微波透射法,向煤流发射高频信号并接收衰减信号,建立衰减信号与含水率关系模型,用于估计含水率;考虑煤流厚度影响,基于RBF神经网络设计偏差补偿模型,提升含水率模型准确性。实验表明该系统精度高、系统稳定,为输送带煤流含水率检测提供了有效方法。 In order to obtain the water content rate of coal flow of underground conveyor belt,a detection system of water content rate of coal flow of conveyor belt is designed.The system uses microwave transmission method to transmit high frequency signals to coal flow and receive attenuation signals,and establishes the relationship model between attenuation signals and water content rate,which is used to estimate water content rate;Considering the influence of coal flow thickness,the deviation compensation model is designed based on RBF neural network to improve the accuracy of water content rate model.The experiment shows that the system has high accuracy and stability,and provides an effective method for detecting the water content rate of coal flow of conveyor belt.
