底抽巷穿含水层淋水段治理技术研究

摘要 针对底抽巷穿含水层顶板淋水问题,分析认为含水层内裂隙、锚索孔、顶板0~4 m范围裂隙,是主要淋水通道,注浆材料需具备快速凝固、不透水和微膨胀特性,设计了顶帮注浆方案,并进行了现场实施。结果表明,采用“封堵+扩散”两步注浆工艺,注浆后浆液对裂隙填充效果良好,淋水得到有效封堵,经6个月连续观察,未出现淋水现象。 In view of the problem of water pouring through the roof of the aquifer through the bottom pumping roadway,the analysis shows that the cracks in the aquifer,the anchor cable hole,and the cracks within the range of 0-4 m of the roof are the main water pouring channels,and the grouting materials need to have the characteristics of rapid solidification,impermeability and micro-expansion.The top wall grouting scheme is designed and implemented on site.The results show that the two steps grouting process of"plugging+diffusion"is adopted,and the grout after grouting has good filling effect on the crack,and the water pouring is effectively blocked.After 6 months of continuous observation,there is no water pouring phenomenon.
