摘要
为研究工作面推进过程中液压支架工作阻力对顶板结构稳定性影响支护效果的问题,以北部上湾矿为背景,分析矿压显现运动规律及支架初撑力和末阻力之间的关系。根据监测数据、数值分析,初撑力和支架末阻力存在一定的比例关系,二者拟合公式为y=Ax^(2)+Bx+C,整体分布相对集中,拟合系数R^(2)约为1,初撑力和末阻力线性关系较强,可通过调节二者大小提升支护效果。
In order to study the influence of the working resistance of hydraulic support on the stability of the roof structure during the advancing process of the working face,taking Shangwan Mine in the north as the background,the paper analyzes the movement law of the mining pressure behavior and the relationship between the initial bracing force and the final resistance of the support.According to the monitoring data and numerical analysis,there is a certain proportion relationship between the initial bracing force and the final resistance of the support.The fitting formula of the two is y=Ax^(2)+Bx+C,the overall distribution is relatively concentrated,and the fitting coefficient R^(2) is about 1.The linear relationship between the initial bracing force and the final resistance is strong,and the support effect can be improved by adjusting the size of the two.
