摘要
针对露天输煤管带机系统人工巡检工作量大、效率低、受环境制约难以开展作业等问题,设计了一套管带机智能巡检机器人系统。该系统结构组成包括巡检机器人、灭火机器人及物资运输机器人本体结构,巡检轨道、通信层与基站层等配套结构。系统的环境适应性强,可应对低温、强风、雨雪等恶劣环境。系统可替代人工巡检作业,监测功能齐全、适应性强,解决了人工巡检面临的任务重、效率低、故障难以追溯等问题。
Aiming at the problems of heavy workload,low efficiency and difficult operation due to environmental constraints of manual patrol inspection of open-pit coal transportation pipe-belt machine system,a set of pipe-belt machine intelligent patrol inspection robot system is designed.The system structure includes the body structure of patrol inspection robot,fire fighting robot and material transportation robot,patrol inspection track,communication layer,base station layer and other matching structures.The system has strong environmental adaptability and can cope with harsh environments such as low temperature,strong wind,rain and snow.The system can replace the manual patrol inspection operation,with complete monitoring functions and strong adaptability,which solves the problems of heavy tasks,low efficiency,and difficulty in tracing faults faced by the manual patrol inspection.
