窄煤柱工作面巷旁充填沿空留巷控制技术及应用 被引量:7

Control Technology and Application of Gob-side Entry Retaining with Backfill in Narrow Coal Pillar Working Face

摘要 以潞安化工集团司马煤业有限公司1218工作面回风巷为工程背景,采用数值模拟和现场实测相结合的研究方法分析了窄煤柱工作面沿空留巷合理支护体宽度。研究表明:当充填体宽度过小时充填体承载能力较小,支护体整体呈塑性分布,沿空留巷围岩变形量较大;当充填体宽度过大时其支护强度越强,支护体塑性区域减小,但围岩变形量减小不明显,且使成本增加。最终确定充填体宽度为2 m。在此基础上,提出了“巷旁充填柔模混凝土墙+单体柱+基本底注浆+巷内锚网索”联合支护技术,并成功进行了工程应用。经过现场工业试验表明:沿空留巷顶底板移近量最大为495 mm,两帮移近量最大为326 mm,分别为原顶底板和两帮移近量的41.9%和35.4%。巷道围岩变形在允许范围内,留巷效果良好。 Taking the 1218 working face return airway of Lu′an chemical group Sima coal industry co.,ltd. As the engineering background, the reasonable support body width of the gob-side entry retaining in the narrow coal pillar working face is analyzed by the research method combining numerical simulation and field measurement. The research shows that when the width of the backfill is too small,the bearing capacity of the backfill is small, the overall support body is plastically distributed, and the surrounding rock deformation of the gob-side entry retention is large;the plastic area of the protective body is reduced, but the reduction of the deformation of the surrounding rock is not obvious, and the cost is increased. Finally, the width of the filling body was determined to be 2 m. On this basis, the joint support technology of "filling flexible form concrete wall by roadside + single column + basic bottom grouting + anchor net cable in roadway" is proposed, and it has been successfully applied in engineering. The on-site industrial test shows that the maximum moving amount of the roof and floor of the gob-side entry retention is 495 mm, and the maximum moving amount of the two groups is 326 mm,which are 41.9% and 35.4% of the original roof and floor and the two groups, respectively. The deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is within the allowable range, and the roadway retention effect is good.
