摘要
为精细化研究石圪台3^(-1)煤层顶板岩层稳定性情况并提出相应的支护方案,采用理论分析、现场探测、数值模拟等方法对石圪台3^(-1)煤层范围内巷道顶板稳定性进行了分析与计算。研究结果表明:石圪台3^(-1)煤层巷道以Ⅰ类顶板为主,局部区域出现Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类顶板;巷道顶板浅部范围内岩层完整性较好,裂隙发育较少;二次采动超前区域最大主应力与最小主应力比值在2.5及以上,巷道围岩塑性区主要分布于巷道两帮,呈非对称分布,顶板稳定性受采动影响较小。据此提出了石圪台3^(-1)煤层Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类顶板条件下巷道支护方案,现场验证表明,所提出方案能有效地维护巷道顶板稳定,为类似条件下巷道支护参数设计与优化提供了借鉴。
In order to study the roof stability of Shigetai 3^(-1)coal seam and put forward the corresponding support scheme,the stability of roadway roof in Shigetai 3^(-1)coal seam is analyzed and calculated by means of theoretical analysis,field detection and numerical simulation.The results show that the roadway in Shigetai 3^(-1)coal seam is mainly of classⅠroof,and classⅡand classⅢroof appear in some areas;in the shallow part of the roadway roof,the integrity of the strata is good,and the fracture development is less;the ratio of the maximum principal stress to the minimum principal stress in the advance area of secondary mining is 2.5 or more.The plastic zone of the surrounding rock of the roadway is mainly distributed in the two sides of the roadway,showing an asymmetric distribution.The roof stability is less affected by mining.Based on this,the roadway support scheme under the conditions of classⅠ,classⅡand classⅢroof of Shigetai 3^(-1)coal seam is proposed.The field verification shows that the proposed scheme can effectively maintain the stability of roadway roof,and provides a reference for the design and optimization of roadway support parameters under similar conditions.
