摘要
为了针对煤矿施工作业进行安全管控预防顶板事故,对煤矿施工作业的顶板灾情进行评价。首先,基于扎根理论编码176篇煤矿顶板事故调查报告,得到煤矿顶板事故中施工作业的三级编码结果,并选取20个施工作业范畴为顶板灾情评价对象;然后,选取死亡人数、受伤人数、事故等级和直接经济损失等4个因子作为顶板灾情评价指标,采用灰色关联分析计算各项指标关联系数;最后,采用熵权法确定评价指标权重系数,计算出熵权-灰色关联度,并将施工作业的顶板灾情划分为3个等级,结合评价结果和实际情况,提出了煤矿施工作业中预防顶板灾害的建议。结果表明:顶板灾情为Ⅰ级的煤矿施工作业有回采作业和架棚作业,Ⅱ级有维修支架作业和锚网索支护作业,Ⅲ级中的放顶作业时需防控发生较大及以上顶板事故。
In order to control the safety of coal mine construction and prevent roof accidents,the roof disaster of coal mine construction was evaluated.Firstly,176 investigation reports of coal mine roof accidents were coded based on the Grounded Theory(GT),and the three-level coding results of construction operations in coal mine roof accidents were obtained.20 construction operation categories were selected as the evaluation objects of roof disaster.Then,four factors such as the number of deaths,the number of injuries,accident grade and direct economic loss were selected as the roof disaster situation assessment indicators,and the Grey Relation Analysis(GRA)was used to calculate the correlation coefficient of each indicator.Finally,the Entropy Weight(EW)method was used to determine the weight coefficient of the evaluation index,calculated the entropy weight-gray relation degrees,and divided the roof disaster situation of the construction operation into three grades.Combined with the assessment results and the actual situation,the suggestions for preventing roof disasters in coal mine construction were put forward.The results show that the coal mine construction operations with grade I roof disaster include mining operation and shed erection operation,and gradeⅡinclude maintenance support operation and anchor mesh cable support operation.It is necessary to prevent and control large and above accidents in the roof caving operation of gradeⅢ.
