深部煤巷条带双重卸压精准防突方法研究

摘要 为实现深部煤巷条带区域的双重卸压精准防突,构建了煤巷突出地应力及瓦斯双重作用力能模型,通过分析煤巷条带地应力因素、瓦斯因素将其危险性划分为一般危险正常区和严重危险异常区;并针对不同危险区地应力因素、瓦斯因素,提出了采用底板岩巷卸压抽采联合水力化卸压增透的双重卸压防突技术;从而形成了深部煤巷条带双重卸压精准防突方法,并成功应用。应用表明:利用该方法后煤巷条带区域地应力、瓦斯得到有效卸压,实现了深部煤巷掘进的精准防突。 In order to realize double pressure relief and accurate outburst prevention in deep coal roadway strip, it constructed a dual force energy model of outburst in-situ stress and gas in coal roadway. It is proposed to divide the risk of coal roadway strip into normal dangerous area and serious dangerous abnormal area by analyzing the in-situ stress factors and gas factors of coal roadway strip. In view of the in-situ stress factors and gas factors in different dangerous areas, it proposed a double pressure relief and anti-outburst technology, which adopts the combination of hydraulic pressure relief and permeability enhancement of floor rock roadway pressure relief and extraction. It was formed a double pressure relief and accurate outburst prevention method for deep coal roadway strip and applied successfully. The application shows that the in-situ stress and gas in the coal roadway strip can be effectively relieved by using this method, and it realized t accurate outburst prevention of deep coal roadway strip.
