改性纳米SiO_(2)增强聚丙烯酰胺基凝胶的性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为提升聚丙烯酰胺基水凝胶的综合性能,增加其可用性,用KH-570改性纳米SiO_(2),制得毫米级的改性纳米SiO_(2)复合聚丙烯酰胺基凝胶颗粒。并与丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸发生共聚反应,形成共聚物,探究改性纳米SiO_(2)添加量对复合凝胶的吸水倍率、强度、溶解时间以及残留率的影响。结果表明,改性纳米SiO_(2)添加量在15%~17%时,复合凝胶颗粒的吸水倍率和强度在各温度段有较大提升;凝胶完全溶解后,残留物为纳米SiO_(2),对环境无害,有望应用在石油开采领域,减少对环境的破坏。 To enhance the comprehensive performance of polyacrylamide-based hydrogel and increase its usability,the nano-SiO_(2)is modified by KH-570 and millimeter-scale modified nano-SiO_(2)composite polyacrylamide base gel particles was prepared.The product was confirmed that nano-SiO_(2)had been successfully modified and copolymerized with acrylamide and acrylic acid to form a copolymer;water absorption,strength,dissolution time and residues of nano-SiO_(2)composite gel modified with various additions were measured.The results show that when the amount of modified nano-SiO_(2)is 15%~17%,the water absorption rate and strength of the composite gel particles are greatly improved in each temperature range;the residue after complete dissolution of the gel is nano-SiO_(2),which is harmless to the environment and is expected to be used in the field of oil extraction to reduce the damage to the environment.
