摘要
以长庆油田生产线减三线馏分油为原料油,利用发烟硫酸磺化合成石油磺酸盐,对磺化反应过程进行优化。结果表明,磺化反应最佳条件为:酸油比0.65∶1,磺化温度50℃,磺化时间40 min,老化时间40 min;分酸工艺最佳条件为:加水量(m_(水)/m_(酸))为25%,分酸温度60℃,分酸时间10 h。在最佳合成工艺条件下,合成石油磺酸盐中活性物含量可达到22.73%。该参数的确定,以期为长庆油田减三线馏分油合成石油磺酸盐提供生产依据和理论支撑。
The sulfonation process was optimized by using fuming sulfuric acid sulfonation to synthesize petroleum sulfonate with the subtracted third line distillate of Changqing oilfield production line as the raw oil.The results showed that the optimum sulfonation conditions were as follows:acid-oil ratio 0.65∶1,sulfonation temperature 50℃,sulfonation time 40 min,aging time 40 min.The optimum conditions of acid separation process are as follows:the amount of water added(m_(water)/m_(acid))is 25%,the acid separation temperature is 60℃,and the acid separation time is 10 h.Under the optimal synthesis conditions,the content of active substance in the synthetic petroleum sulfonate can reach 22.73%.The determination of this parameter provides the production basis and theoretical support for the synthesis of petroleum sulfonate from the reduced third-line distillate of Changqing oilfield.
