摘要
从海南某地植物根际土壤中筛选出一株解磷菌GZU-7,经生理生化实验和分子生物学鉴定为蜡状芽孢杆菌。利用菌株GZU-7处理煤矸石制备煤矸石肥料,探究磷石膏掺杂比例、体系pH、菌液浓度、煤矸石粒径、解离时间对煤矸石肥料肥效的影响。结果表明,在磷石膏掺杂比例为30%、体系pH为7、菌液浓度为105 cfu/mL、煤矸石的粒径为20目、解离时间为5 d时煤矸石的解离效果最好,有效磷含量为419.84 mg/kg,是原煤矸石的20.74倍,制备该煤矸石肥料工艺简单、成本低廉,促进煤矸石资源化利用。
A strain GZU-7 was isolated from the rhizosphere soil of plants in Hainan Province.The strain GZU-7 was identified as Bacillus cerecus by physiological and biochemical experiments and molecular biology.Coal gangue fertilizer was prepared by treating coal gangue with strain GZU-7,and the effects of phosphogypsum doping ratio,pH of the system,concentration of bacterial solution,particle size of coal gangue and dissociation time on fertilizer efficiency of coal gangue fertilizer were explored.The results showed that:in the doping ratio of phosphogypsum is 30%,the pH of the system is 7,the concentration of bacterial solution is 105 cfu/mL,the particle size of coal gangue is 20 mesh,and the dissociation time is 5 d,the dissociation effect of coal gangue is the best,and the available phosphorus content is 419.84 mg/kg,which is 20.74 times of the original coal gangue.The preparation process of coal gangue fertilizer is simple and the cost is low.We will promote the utilization of coal gangue resources.
