摘要 基于陕西正通煤业西区辅运大巷TBM掘进工程背景,采用现场调研、理论分析及现场试验综合研究方法,以敞开式TBM硬岩掘进机为例,研究应用“鲁淄一号”国内矿用最大直径敞开式掘进机工程实践,探索研究深部复合地层掘进卡机机理,结合正通煤业地质条件、地应力、TBM设备参数、支护设计等因素,对掘进过程中卡机风险进行分析,最后从支护设计、掘进机设备参数2方面出发,针对性提出了巷道掘进TBM卡机预防方法。研究通过现场实践解决了TBM掘进卡机预防应用难题,使月进尺达到305 m,相比传统综掘进尺提升了1.5倍。 Based on the TBM tunneling engineering background of the auxiliary transport roadway in the west area of Zhengtong coal industry in Shaanxi, the comprehensive research method of field investigation, theoretical analysis and field test is adopted, and the open TBM hard rock tunneling machine is used as an example to study and apply the "Luzi No. 1" domestic mine engineering practice of the largest-diameter open-typeroadheader. It integrates excavation and support. It explores and studies the mechanism of deep composite stratum roadheader jamming, combining the geological conditions, ground stress, and TBM equipment parameters of Zhengtong coal industry. Supporting design and other factors analyze the jamming risk during the tunneling process. Finally, starting from the support design and the equipment parameters of the tunneling machine, a targeted approach to prevent TBM jamming in roadway tunneling is proposed. The research solves the application problem of TBM tunneling jam prevention application through field practice, and makes the monthly footage reach305 m, which is 1.5 times higher than the traditional comprehensive tunneling footage.
