摘要
以唐山矿0291工作面初采时支架倒架事件,建立了大倾角工作面支架滑移力学方程和支架倾倒力矩方程,推导了支架滑移判断力、倾倒判断力矩以及发生滑移和倾倒的极限倾角计算公式。依据ZF7600/17/34D型液压支架的基本参数,计算了该型液压支架在漏顶情况下产生滑移的极限倾角为21.8°,发生倾倒的极限倾角为26.6°,从而判断该工作面支架上方一旦漏顶,倾角为38°的支架必将发生滑移和倾倒,得出了0291工作面发生倒架事件的原因,给出了防治支架滑移需增加抗滑力75.1 kN,防止支架倾倒的抗倾倒力矩83 kNm,从而提出了4项支架失稳防控措施:增加防倒防滑装置、调整支架形态等措施.
Based on the support toppling event during the initial mining of 0291 working face in Tangshan Mine, the support slip andmechanical equation and support toppling moment equation of large dip working face are established, and the calculation formulas of support slip judgment force, toppling judgment moment and the limit inclination of slip and toppling are deduced. According to the basic parameters of ZF7600/17/34D hydraulic support, the limit inclination angle of sliding of this type of hydraulic support in the case of roof leakage is 21.8°, and the limit inclination angle of toppling is 26.6°, so it is judged that once the roof leakage occurs above the support of the working face, the support with an inclination angle of 38° will slip and dump, the causes of support toppling event in 0291 working face are obtained, and the anti-sliding force of 75.1 kN and the anti-dumping moment of 83 kNm are given to prevent support instability. Therefore, four prevention and control measures for support instability are put forward: adding anti-dumping and anti-slipping devices, adjusting supports layout.
