摘要
针对掘进机工作过程中稳定性问题,以国内常见的3种形状横轴掘进机截割头为研究对象。通过分析不同形状截割头的工作特性,以掘进机工作过程中稳定系数为参考依据,建立的载荷影响机身稳定数学模型。分析拟合抛物线形截割头、椭球形截割头以及锥台形截割头在横向摆动、向上截割、向下截割以及稳定状态的极限位置稳定指标变化曲。通过稳态数值得出,物线形截割头的掘进机工作稳定系数较高,锥台形次之,椭球形截割头较差。
Aiming at the stability problem of heading machine in the working process, the cutting head of three common shapes of horizontal axis heading machine as the research object. By analyzing the working characteristics of different shapes of cutting heads and taking the stability coefficient of heading machine as reference, a mathematical model of the influence of load on the stability of the body was established. The variation curve of limit position stability index of parabolic cutting head,ellipsoid cutting head and conical platform cutting head in transverse swing, upward cutting, downward cutting and stable state was analyzed. The steady state numerical results show that the working stability coefficient of the heading machine with the object line cutter head is higher, the conical table cutter head is second, and the ellipsoid cutter head is worse.
