摘要
针对煤矿风门开合自动化程度较低、工作强度大等问题,利用S7-200 SMART PLC设计了煤矿风门自动控制系统。PLC系统提供远程和就地控制2种方式,通过检测红外信号,自动控制风门开关,为井下人员行走和物料运输提供便利。PLC系统利用模糊PID优化风门开合程度,配合通风机等设备参与优化井下风量和风压。本系统配置简单,应用灵活,对确保煤矿安全生产有重要意义。
Aiming at the low level of automation and high work intensity of the coal mine air doors,S7-200 SMART PLC is used to design an automatic control system for the opening and closing with providing both remote and local control. The PLC system uses fuzzy PID to optimize the opening and closing of the air doors and then to optimize the air volume and pressure in conjunction with ventilation fans and other equipment. The system is simple to configure and flexible in its application, which is of great importance in ensuring safe production in coal mines.
