摘要
建筑陶瓷砖的抗热震性能影响其耐久性和安全性,同时也是其品质提升的重要因素,笔者阐述了不同的抗热震性能测试方法以及其优缺点,并进一步论述了陶瓷砖中莫来石相的微观形貌、坯体中晶粒和气孔尺寸、釉层与坯体间应力以及机械加工对抗热震性能的影响。
The thermal shock resistance of architectural ceramic tiles affects the durability and safety,which is an important factor for quality improvement.In this paper,different thermal shock resistance testing methods and their advantages and disadvantages are described.The micromorphology of mullite crystal phase,the size of grains and pores in the body,the stress between glaze layer and body and the influence of machining on thermal shock resistance are discussed.
