化工场景有毒有害气体在线测量装置的设计

摘要 化工场景生产过程中的有毒有害气体会严重威胁生命财产安全,需要在生产过程中对有毒有害气体进行检测和预警,但是,目前常用的气体检测方法存在较多不足。本项目开发一种适合各种有毒有害气体并适用于气体浓度微弱信号的测试方法,普适性广泛,解决了检测系统中因为设备、传输系统等固有噪声和干扰,可应用于微弱信号的检测工作,具有测试准确、稳定性强、功能强大、应用场所灵活等特点。 Toxic and harmful gases in the production process of chemical industry can seriously threaten the safety of life and property,so it is necessary to detect and warn the toxic and harmful gases in the production process.However,there are many deficiencies in the current commonly used gas detection methods.This project develops a test method that is suitable for various toxic and harmful gases and for weak signals of gas concentration.It has a wide range of universality.It solves the inherent noise and interference of equipment and transmission system in the detection system and can be applied to the detection of weak signals.It has the characteristics of accurate testing,strong stability,strong functions,flexible application sites,etc.
