摘要
PLC技术依靠自身良好的控制精度和较高的灵活度,在工业的环境下可以完成自动化控制功能。利用PLC进行驱动控制器的设计和安装,完成对步进电机驱动控制器的改进,获取驱动控制器的内部结构,并在此基础上建立数学模型,完成直流步进电机升速自动控制的优化设计。通过PLC技术,获取电机的控制效果。因控制系统对于速度的要求较高,当步进电机处于高速运转时,要保证系统的稳定运行,通过优化直流步进电机进行升速自动控制,改变脉冲的发射频率,从而实现对步进电机转速的控制。
PLC technology can complete the automatic control function in the industrial environment depending on its own good control precision and high flexibility.Use PLC to design and install the drive controller,complete the improvement of the stepper motor drive controller,obtain the internal structure of the drive controller.On this basis,the mathematical model is established,and the optimal design of the DC stepper motor acceleration automatic control is completed.The control effect of the motor is obtained through PLC technology.Because the control system has high requirements for speed,when the stepping motor is running at a high speed,it is necessary to ensure the stable operation of the system.By optimizing the DC stepper motor for automatic acceleration control,change the pulse transmission frequency,so as to achieve the speed control of the stepper motor.
