Objective:To explore the specific effects of one-time root canal treatment of acute pulpitis on clinical efficacy and sleep quality. Methods:A total of 88 patients with acute pulpitis admitted to the Stomatology Department of Fuzhou First Medical University from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as research objects,44 patients receiving multiple traditional root canal treatment were included in the control group, and 44 patients receiving one-time root canal treatment were included in the observation group. The Sleep Quality Scale(SQS)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after treatment between 2 groups, and the Sleep Quality Scale(SQS)was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of 2 groups, and the levels of inflammatory factors in 2 groups were detected. Results:After treatment,VAS score, inflammatory factor level and SQS score in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).After treatment, both groups had higher clinical efficacy, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:One-time root canal therapy has a prominent effect in the treatment of acute pulpitis, which can effectively improve patient′s sleep quality, reduce the level of inflammatory factors and reduce patients′pain perception, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
