分析手术室全方位舒适护理干预对高龄人工髋关节置换术患者负性情绪、疼痛程度及睡眠质量的影响

To Analyze the Effects of Operating Room Comprehensive Comfort Nursing Intervention on Negative Emotion,Pain Degree and Sleep Quality of Elderly Patients Undergoing Artificial Hip Arthroplasty

目的:分析手术室全方位舒适护理干预对高龄人工髋关节置换术患者负性情绪、疼痛程度及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年12月至2022年10月华侨大学附属德化医院手术室收治的高龄人工髋关节置换术患者70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予手术室全方位舒适护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较患者的疼痛感受,比较2组患者护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组SDS评分、SAS评分、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:高龄人工髋关节置换术患者接受手术室全方位舒适护理干预,能让其保持积极、良好心态,更好地缓解疼痛症状,提升其睡眠质量,利于术后康复。

Objective:To analyze the effects of Operating room comprehensive comfort nursing intervention on negative emotion,pain degree and sleep quality of elderly patients undergoing artificial hip arthroplasty.Methods:A total of 70 elderly patients with artificial hip replacement admitted to the operating room of Dehua Hospital Affiliated to Huaqiao University from December 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive comfort nursing intervention in the operating room.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale was used to compare the differences of sleep quality between 2 groups,and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms between 2 groups,the Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to compare the pain perception of patients,and the nursing satisfaction of 2 groups was compared as well.Results:After nursing intervention,SDS score,SAS score and PSQI score in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the differences between 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly patients undergoing artificial hip replacement surgery receive comprehensive comfortable nursing intervention in the operating room,which can make them maintain a positive and good attitude,better relieve pain symptoms,improve their sleep quality,and facilitate postoperative rehabilitation.
