观察有效沟通在自然分娩护理中的应用价值及对其睡眠质量的影响

To Observe the Application Value of Effective Communication in Natural Delivery Nursing and the Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:观察有效沟通在自然分娩护理中的应用价值及对其睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年9月至2022年9月罗源县医院妇产科收治的产妇94例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。观察组给予有效沟通护理模式干预,对照组给予常规护理模式干预,采用睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)比较2组产妇干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组产妇焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况,比较2组产妇自然分娩率及剖宫产率,同时比较2组产妇各产程时间的差异及护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组的自然分娩率显著高于对照组,且观察组的剖宫产率显著低于对照组,观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,观察组SRSS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,观察组产妇各产程时间均显著短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自然分娩护理中采用有效沟通的方式,能够显著提高产妇的自然分娩率和护理满意度,缓解产妇焦虑及抑郁情绪,改善产妇睡眠质量,缩短各产程时间,值得推广使用。

Objective:To observe the application value of effective communication in natural delivery nursing and the influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 94 parturients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Luoyuan County Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The observation group was given effective communication nursing mode intervention,while the control group was given routine nursing mode intervention.Self-rating Scale of Sleep(SRSS)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after intervention.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms between 2 groups,and the rates of natural delivery and cesarean section were compared between the 2 groups.At the same time,the difference of labor time and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared as well.Results:After nursing intervention,the natural delivery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the cesarean section rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the PSQI score,SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the duration of labor in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Effective communication in natural delivery nursing can significantly improve the rate of natural delivery and nursing satisfaction,relieve maternal anxiety and depression,improve maternal sleep quality,shorten the duration of each labor stage,and is worth popularizing.
