235例福州市产后妇女睡眠质量现状及其影响因素的调查研究

Investigation on Sleep Quality and Its Influencing Factors of 235 Postpartum Women In Fuzhou

目的:调查产后妇女的睡眠质量现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:选取2021年6月至2021年12月福建省福州市某三甲医院的235例产妇作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、家庭关怀度指数量表(APGAR)、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)、总体幸福感量表(GWB)、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)对其进行横断面调查。采用多元线性回归分析产后1个月妇女睡眠的影响因素。结果:多元线性回归分析显示,家庭功能、幸福感、抑郁、母乳喂养、新生儿转新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)均是产妇睡眠质量的影响因素(P<0.05),可解释总变异量的35.7%。结论:福州市产后1个月妇女的睡眠质量处于中等水平,待进一步提高。对于具有较高抑郁情绪、低幸福感水平、家庭功能较差、母乳喂养、新生儿转NICU治疗的产妇人群,应给予更多的关注。

Objective:To investigate the sleep quality of postpartum women and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:With the method of convenient sampling,235 parturients from June 2021 to December 2021 in a third class A hospital in Fuzhou,Fujian Province were selected as the research objects.The cross-sectional survey was conducted by using the general information questionnaire,the Family Concern Index Scale(APGAR),the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale(EPDS),the General Well being Scale(GWB),and the Ascens Insomnia Scale(AIDS).Multivariate linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of women′s sleep in the first month after delivery.Results:Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that family function,happiness,depression,breastfeeding,and neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)were all the influencing factors of maternal sleep quality(P<0.05),which could explain 35.7%of the total variance.Conclusion:The sleep quality of women one month after delivery in Fujian province is at the medium level and needs to be further improved.More attention should be paid to the maternal population with high depression,low happiness level,poor family function,breastfeeding,and neonates transferred to NICU treatment.
