地西泮联合硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压患者疗效及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Diazepam Combined with Magnesium Sulfate on the Efficacy and Sleep Quality of Hypertensive Patients during Pregnancy

目的:分析地西泮联合硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压患者疗效及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年8月松溪县祖墩乡卫生院收治的妊娠期高血压患者40例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组采用硫酸镁治疗,观察组采用地西泮联合硫酸镁治疗,比较2组临床疗效、睡眠质量、心理状态、血压水平和24 h尿蛋白。结果:治疗前,2组患者PSQI评分、血压水平和24 h尿蛋白水平、SAS、SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,观察组PSQI评分、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,血压水平和24 h尿蛋白水平均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者临床疗效高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地西泮联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压患者疗效显著,能有效提升其睡眠质量,改善其不良心理状态,具有较好的临床推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of diazepam combined with magnesium sulfate on the efficacy and sleep quality of hypertensive patients during pregnancy.Methods:A total of 40 patients in Gynecology and Obstetrics Department of Zudun Township Hospital from 2020 Jan to 2022 Aug were selected as the research object,and divided into two groups,20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,and the observation group was treated with diazepam combined with magnesium sulfate.The clinical efficacy,sleep quality,blood pressure level,24 h urine protein,and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,PSQI score,blood pressure level,24 h urine protein,SAS and SDS score of two groups were little difference in the between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PSQI scores,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the blood pressure level and 24 h urine protein level were lower than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diazepam+magnesium sulfate is effective in the treatment of hypertensive patients during pregnancy,and can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,which has important clinical promotion value.
