心理护理改善产妇产后心态、睡眠及泌乳的效果观察

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Improving Postpartum Mentality,Sleep and Lactation of Parturient

目的:产科对产妇可采取不同护理措施,分析心理护理服务实施后对睡眠、心态、泌乳造成的影响。方法:选取2020年8月至2021年8月聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院接收的60例产妇作为研究对象,按照抽签法将产妇分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用传统护理服务,观察组采用心理护理服务。分析比较2组产妇睡眠质量、情绪状态以及泌乳优良率等指标。结果:护理后,2组产妇PSQI总评分和各项评分均降低,观察组患者PSQI总评分及各项评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理后,2组产妇SAS、SDS评分均降低,观察组产妇SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理后,观察组泌乳优良率显著高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将心理护理应用于产科中,可明显改善产妇自身状态和不良情绪,进一步提高产妇的高质量睡眠,泌乳量也相应提升,有利于新生儿发育和产妇更好地恢复。

Objective:Obstetrics department can take different nursing measures for parturient,analyze the effect of psychological nursing service on sleep,mentality and lactation.Methods:A large number of parturients were admitted to Liaocheng Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021,from which 60 cases were selected to cooperate with this trial and divided into groups according to the lottery method,with the same number of patients in each group being 30 cases.The control group received traditional nursing services,while the observation group received psychological nursing services.The sleep quality,emotional state and good rate of lactation were analyzed and compared.Results:After nursing,the total PSQI score and all scores of the two groups were decreased,the total PSQI score and all scores of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05);After nursing,the maternal SAS score and SDS score of the 2 groups were decreased,the maternal SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05);After nursing,the good and good rate of lactation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychological nursing in obstetrics can significantly improve the state and mood of puerpera,ensure the quality sleep of puerpera,and improve the lactation volume accordingly,which is conducive to the development of newborns and better recovery of puerpera.
