加速康复外科理念联合心理护理对泌尿外科手术患者术后康复质量、睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Concept Combined with Psychological Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation Quality and Sleep Status of Patients Undergoing Urological Surgery

目的:观察加速康复外科(ERAS)理念联合心理护理对泌尿外科手术患者术后康复质量和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年3月至2022年8月永安市立医院泌尿外科行手术治疗的患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在对照组护理的基础上开展ERAS理念联合心理护理,比较2组患者术后康复情况、护理前后心理状态[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、睡眠质量[采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)]以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后各康复指标(首次排气、首次排便及导尿管留置)平均时间均短于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理后,观察组SAS、PSQI评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组并发症(发热、腹胀等)发生率低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ERAS理念联合心理护理可明显减轻泌尿外科手术患者的负性情绪,减少并发症发生率,改善其睡眠质量,加快其机体康复。

Objective:To study the influence of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)combined with psychological nursing on the postoperative rehabilitation quality and sleep status of patients undergoing urological surgery.Methods:A total of 120 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the urology department of The First Department of Foreign Affairs of Yong′an Municipal Hospital from March 2020 to August 2022 were selected and equally divided into groups according to the random number table method,each group has 60 patients.The control group received routine care.The observation group carried out ERAS concept combined with psychological care based on the conditions of the control group,and compared the postoperative rehabilitation of the two groups,the psychological status before and after the intervention[refer to the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)]Sleep status[refer to Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale]and complications.Results:The average time of each rehabilitation index(first exhaust,first defecation and catheter indwelling)in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the results of SAS and PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total proportion of patients with complications(fever,abdominal distension,etc.)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:ERAS concept combined with psychological nursing can significantly reduce the negative emotions of patients undergoing urological surgery,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the sleep status of patients,and accelerate their physical recovery.
