感恩情绪干预对肺癌化疗癌性疲乏患者心理、疼痛感受及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Gratitude Intervention on Psychology,Pain Perception and Sleep Quality of Patients with Cancer Fatigue Caused by Chemotherapy for Lung Cancer

目的:探讨感恩情绪干预对肺癌化疗癌性疲乏患者心理、疼痛感受、睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年5月至2022年4月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的肺癌化疗患者66例作为研究对象,按抽签分组分成对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加感恩情绪干预。比较2组患者癌症疲乏量表(CFS)评分、负性情绪、疼痛程度、睡眠质量的变化。结果:干预后,观察组CFS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分、癌性疼痛评分及PSQI评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组睡眠时间长于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:感恩情绪干预可更好降低肺癌化疗患者癌性疲乏感,有效改善其心理情绪,降低疼痛感受,提升其睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of gratitude intervention on psychology,pain perception and sleep quality of cancer fatigue patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 66 patients with lung cancer treated with chemotherapy in people′s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine from May 2021 to April 2022 were studied.The patients were divided into two groups by lot,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received Thanksgiving emotion intervention on top of routine nursing.The changes of cancer fatigue scale(CFS),negative emotion,pain degree and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in CFS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);After the intervention,the CFS,SAS,SDS and pain degree score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the sleep time was longer than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thanksgiving emotion intervention can promote the reduction of cancer-induced fatigue in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy,and then effectively improve the psychological mood of patients,reduce pain feelings,and improve the sleep quality of patients.
