心理护理联合脑电生物反馈治疗仪治疗抑郁症的疗效及对睡眠质量的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Psychological Nursing Combined with EEG Biofeedback Therapy Instrument in the Treatment of Depression and the Influence of Sleep Therapy

目的:探究分析心理护理联合脑电生物反馈治疗仪治疗抑郁症的临床疗效及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年7月至2021年12月厦门市仙岳医院收治的抑郁症患者98例作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采用常规西药治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上增加脑电生物反馈治疗仪治疗和心理护理。比较2组患者治疗效果、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分。结果:干预后,观察组患者HAMD评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率大于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗的基础上增加脑电生物反馈治疗仪和心理护理治疗抑郁症,临床疗效理想,可更好的改善抑郁症状及睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of combined psychological nursing and EEG biofeedback therapy on the clinical efficacy and sleep quality of patients during the routine treatment of depression.Methods:From July 2020 to December 2021,98 patients with depression who were admitted to Xianyue Hospital in Xiamen were selected as the subjects,and were divided into groups by lottery.49 cases were the control group,who were routinely treated with western medicine;49 cases were the observation group,which was treated with combined treatment of Western medicine treatment,EEG biofeedback treatment instrument treatment and psychological care.Results:The HAMD and PSQI score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the addition of EEG biofeedback therapy apparatus and psychological nursing treatment of depression,the clinical effect is ideal,can better improve the symptoms of depression and sleep quality.
