优质护理对疝气手术患者术后睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Quality Nursing on Postoperative Sleep Quality of Patients Undergoing Hernia Surgery

目的:探讨优质护理对疝气手术患者术后睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2021年12月南安市洪濑中心卫生院收治的疝气手术患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者施以常规护理,观察组患者施以优质护理,比较2组患者护理干预效果及睡眠质量。结果:护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在疝气手术围术期,优质护理的应用可使患者负性情绪得到更好的缓解,同时可改善其睡眠质量,使其对于护理工作有更高的满意度,有利于建立和谐的护患关系,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing on the sleep quality of patients after hernia surgery.Methods:A total of 100 hernia operation patients admitted to Hongse Central Health Center of Nan′an City from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.After grouping by random number table method,50 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and 50 patients in the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention.The final nursing intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower SAS and SDS scores after intervention(P<0.05);In the control group,the observation group had lower PSQI score after intervention(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the perioperative period of hernia surgery,the application of high-quality nursing can alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve the sleep quality of patients,make patients more satisfied with the nursing work,help to establish a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical nursing work.
