层级链式医护一体化护理对急性阑尾炎手术患者术后恢复情况及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Hierarchical Chain Nursing on Postoperative Recovery and Sleep Quality of Patients with Appendicitis Surgery

目的:探讨层级链式医护一体化护理对急性阑尾炎手术患者术后恢复及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2021年12月南安市洪濑中心卫生院收治的急性阑尾炎手术患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用层级链式医护一体化护理。比较2组患者手术恢复指标、胃肠功能恢复时间、总睡眠时间、并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术恢复指标、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),胃动素、五羟色胺、胃泌素等各项胃肠功能恢复指标明显优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理后,2组患者总睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期等指标均显著改善,且观察组改善情况明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.0%,对照组并发症发生率为24.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:层级链式医护一体化护理能有效促进急性阑尾炎手术患者术后恢复,提升其睡眠质量,具有非常积极的影响。

Objective:To explore the effect of hierarchical chain nursing on postoperative recovery and sleep quality of patients with appendicitis surgery.Methods:A total of 100 patients with appendicitis surgery admitted to Surgical Department of Nan′an Hongse Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research object,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the differences in patient care methods,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine intervention,while patients in the observation group received hierarchical chain nursing integrated care.The operative recovery index,recovery of gastrointestinal function,improvement of sleep quality such as total sleep time,and incidence of complications were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The operative recovery index,postoperative anal exhaust time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The recovery of gastrointestinal function of motilin,5-HT and gastrin were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the total sleep time,sleep latency and other indicators were significantly improved in the 2 groups,and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(all P<0.05).In the observation group,and the complication rate was 6.0%.In the control group,and the complication rate was 24.0%.The complication rate of appendicitis operation group in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Hierarchical chain nursing care can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of patients with appendicitis surgery,improve the sleep quality of patients,has a very positive impact.
