教育民主的演进与和谐思政教学关系的构建 被引量:1

摘要 我国教育民主经历了由教育不平等到教育平等、教育公平并向教育正义递进的过程。教育民主发展由外到内、由浅入深的特点是由教育的育人属性决定的。思政教育作为教育活动的一种,既有其特有属性,也有教育的一般属性。参照教育民主的发展历程来建构和谐的思政教学关系具有可行性。在建构和谐思政教学关系时,要从尊重学生着手,以平等的教学关系来推动思政教学的开展,并由思政教学平等逐步向思政教学公平提升,直至思政教育正义的理想境界。 Educational democracy has experienced the progress from educational inequality to educational equality and fairness and educational justice.The characteristics of the development of educationaldemocracy from outside to inside and from the shallower to the deeper are determined by the educationalproperty.As a kind of educational activity,ideological and political education not only has its uniquefeatures,but also has the general attributes of education.It is feasible to construct harmonious teachingrelationship in ideological and political education with reference to the development process of educational democracy.Based on the evolution of educational democracy,in the construction of harmonious teaching relationship in ideological and political education,we should start from respecting students,promote the development of ideological and political education with equal teaching relationship,andgradually improve from ideological and political teaching equality to ideological and political teaching fairness,until reaching the ideal state of ideological and political education justice.
