深海J型铺设双层管动力响应影响分析

摘要 双层管结构是深海油气输运最为有效的方式之一。本文建立深海J型铺设双层管整体力学模型,充分考虑内外管耦合连接以及外管与海床土的动力相互作用,通过对比验证数值模型的有效性;在深海环境随机波浪、海流和铺管船运动共同作用下进行J型铺设双层管整体动力响应分析,得到双层管外管和内管的动力响应特性,进一步探究扶正器刚度、外管和内管径厚比对双层管受力与变形响应的影响。结果表明:扶正器刚度的增大导致外管与内管张力响应幅值比值显著增大,外管和内管径厚比对相应张力、弯矩、应力和应变响应幅值的比值也有较大影响。分析结果可为深海J型铺设双层管设计与施工提供理论依据。 The pipe-in-pipe structure is one of the most effective ways for deep-sea oil and gas transporta⁃tion.In this paper,the global mechanical model of a deep-sea J-laying pipe-in-pipe was established by ful⁃ly considering the coupling connection of inner and outer pipes and the dynamic interaction between the out⁃er pipe and seabed soil.The validity of the numerical model was verified by comparison.The global dynami⁃cal response analysis of the J-laying pipe-in-pipe was carried out under the combined action of random waves,ocean currents and pipelay vessel motions in a deep-sea environment.The dynamic response charac⁃teristics of the outer and inner pipes of the pipe-in-pipe were obtained,and the influence of the centralizer stiffness and the diameter-thickness ratio of the outer and inner pipes on the force and deformation responses of the pipe-in-pipe was further explored.The results show that the increase of centralizer stiffness leads to an increase of the tension response amplitude ratio of the outer pipe to the inner pipe.The diameter-thick⁃ness ratios of outer and inner pipes also have a great influence on the corresponding tension,bending mo⁃ment,stress and strain response amplitude ratios.The analytical results can provide a theoretical basis for the design and construction of deep-sea J-laying pipe-in-pipes.
