摘要
光伏发电技术的发展对于我国实现“双碳”目标和构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统起到重要作用。虽然目前市场主流的晶硅光伏器件规模大、技术成熟,但是它也存在制备工艺复杂、成本高、应用场景有限等问题。半透明钙钛矿太阳能电池技术的开发与应用可以大幅度拓宽光伏发电的应用场景、提高光电转换效率,是新一代太阳能光伏发电技术的典型代表。该文首先阐述钙钛矿材料和半透明钙钛矿太阳能电池的基本特点;接着,从钙钛矿薄膜制备和透明电极开发的维度,总结半透明钙钛矿太阳能电池的关键技术;之后,对半透明钙钛矿太阳能电池在叠层光伏器件和温室农业光伏中的应用展开分析与讨论,并对其在新型电力系统中的作用进行展望。
Photovoltaics will play a crucial role in the future energy system,featuring a new electric power system based mainly on renewable energy.Although silicon solar cells have been widely applied,they still have shortcomings such as complex fabrication process,high cost and limited application scenarios.Semitransparent perovskite solar cells(S-PSCs)can greatly expand the application scenario of photovoltaic technology.Herein,we summarize the recent progresses and the future prospects of S-PSCs.We start with describing the characteristics of perovskite materials and the S-PSCs.And then,two key factors for the development of S-PSCs,namely the fabrication of perovskite films and the production of the transparent electrodes,are systemically reviewed.The paper was finished by showing the applications of S-PSCs in high efficiency tandem solar cells and in agricultural photovoltaics.
