麻杏银翘散加减联合循经推拿治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽(风热闭肺证)的价值探究

Exploration on Value of Modified Maxing Yinqiao Powder Combined with Meridian Massage in the Treatment of Pediatric Pneumonia Asthma(Wind-heat Blocking Lung Syndrome)

目的:研究循经推拿结合麻杏银翘散加减治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽(风热闭肺证)的临床效果。方法:选取2019年5月-2022年5月高安市中医院儿科住院的60例小儿肺炎喘嗽(风热闭肺证)患儿,随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例。两组均进行常规西医治疗,对照组给予循经推拿疗法,观察组在其推拿的治疗基础上再予以麻杏银翘散方加减。比较两组疗效、症状积分、症状消退时间及炎症因子指标[外周血白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平]。结果:观察组临床有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组发热、咳嗽、咳痰、气喘、肺部湿啰音积分均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音、胸片阴影消失时间均长于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组WBC、CRP水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循经推拿结合麻杏银翘散加减在小儿肺炎喘嗽(风热闭肺证)的临床治疗过程中效果确切,可一定程度上对患儿的心肺生理功能起到明显改善,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective:To study the clinical therapeutic effect of meridian massage combined with modified Maxing Yinqiao Powder in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia asthma(wind-heat blocking lung syndrome).Method:A total of 60 children with pneumonia asthma(wind-heat blocking lung syndrome)who were hospitalized in Department of Pediatrics of Gao'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the control group was given meridian massage therapy,and the observation group was given modified Maxing Yinqiao Powder on the basis of meridian massage therapy.The efficacy,symptoms scores,duration of symptom subsidence and inflammatory factors[peripheral blood white blood cell count(WBC),C reactive protein(CRP)]of the two groups were compared.Result:The clinical effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of fever,cough,sputum,asthma and pulmonary moist rales in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,lung rales and chest radiography shadow in the control group were longer than those in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,WBC and CRP levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meridian massage combined with modified Maxing Yinqiao Powder achieves exact therapeutic efficacy in the clinical treatment of pediatric pneumonia asthma(wind-heat blocking lung syndrome),and can significantly improve the cardiopulmonary physiological function to a certain extent,thus it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
