发展性照顾理念下综合护理方案对新生儿黄疸症状及预后的影响

Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Plan under the Developmental Care Concept on the Symptoms and Prognosis of Neonatal Jaundice

目的:观察发展性照顾理念下综合护理方案对新生儿黄疸症状及预后的影响。方法:选取2020年1-12月宜春市人民医院儿三科收治的80例新生儿黄疸患儿,依据随机数字表法将患儿分成干预组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组患儿采取一般护理,干预组采取发展性照顾理念下的综合护理方案。比较两组患儿黄疸症状与预后。结果:干预组胎便初排时间、胎便转黄时间均较对照组短,每日排黄便次数和每日摄奶量均较对照组多,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患儿总胆红素恢复正常时间较对照组短,总胆红素每日降低量较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患儿总胆红素、直接胆红素与间接胆红素水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,干预组患儿总胆红素、直接胆红素与间接胆红素水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:发展性照顾理念下综合护理方案的实施对新生儿黄疸症状及预后有积极影响,可明显缓解疾病症状、提高预后。

Objective:To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing plan under the developmental care concept on the symptoms and prognosis of neonatal jaundice.Method:A total of 80 children with neonatal jaundice admitted to the Third Department of Pediatrics in Yichun People's Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and they were divided into intervention group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group received general nursing,and the intervention group received comprehensive nursing under the concept of developmental care.The symptoms and prognosis of jaundice were compared between the two groups.Result:The initial excretion time and yellow turning time of fetal stool in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group,and the daily yellow excretion times and daily milk intake were more than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of total bilirubin in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group,and the daily reduction of total bilirubin was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the levels of total bilirubin,direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin between the two groups(P>0.05),after nursing,the levels of total bilirubin,direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin in intervention group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of comprehensive nursing plan under the concept of developmental care has a positive impact on the symptoms and prognosis of neonatal jaundice,which can significantly alleviate the disease symptoms and improve the prognosis.
