乳酸在肿瘤微环境中对肿瘤细胞及NK细胞的作用

摘要 乳酸作为肿瘤细胞的重要代谢产物,在肿瘤的发生、发展及肿瘤免疫中发挥了重要作用。近些年来,肿瘤免疫代谢成为研究热门课题,乳酸作为重要的肿瘤代谢产物,乳酸与肿瘤相关免疫细胞研究随之也成为研究热门课题。随着肿瘤免疫治疗的深入,NK细胞已然成为了下一个免疫治疗的目标对象之一,进一步了解NK细胞在肿瘤免疫中的作用显得尤为重要,乳酸对于NK细胞的影响也是一个潜在的免疫治疗方向。故本文综述了乳酸在肿瘤微环境(TME)中对肿瘤细胞及NK细胞的影响。 As an important metabolite of tumor cells,lactic acid plays an important role in tumor genesis,development and tumor immunity.In recent years,tumor immune metabolism has become a hot research topic.As an important tumor metabolite,lactic acid and tumor related immune cell research has also become a hot topic of research.With the development of tumor immunotherapy,NK cells have become one of the next targets of immunotherapy.It is particularly important to further understand the role of NK cells in tumor immunity.The effect of lactic acid on NK cells is also a potential direction of immunotherapy.Therefore,this article reviews the effects of lactic acid on tumor cells and NK cells in tumor microenvironment(TME).
