经颅磁刺激联合康复训练治疗慢性精神分裂症患者的效果

Effect of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia

目的:探讨经颅磁刺激(TMS)联合康复训练治疗慢性精神分裂症患者的效果。方法:将汉中市退役军人康复医院2019年2月-2022年8月就诊的82例慢性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照计算机分组法分为康复训练组和TMS组,TMS组41例予以TMS治疗,康复训练组41例在TMS组基础上予以康复训练治疗,观察两组精神疾病严重程度[阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)]、自我效能[中文版自我效能评定量表(GSES)]、社会功能[社会功能缺损评定量表(SDSS)]及生活质量[精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)]。结果:干预4周后,康复训练组PANSS各维度评分及总分低于TMS组(P<0.05);康复训练组GSES评分高于TMS组;康复训练组SDSS评分低于TMS组(P<0.05);康复训练组SQLS各维度评分低于TMS组(P<0.05)。结论:TMS联合康复训练治疗慢性精神分裂症患者有助于改善精神症状,提高自我效能,降低社会功能缺陷度,提升生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Method:A total of 82 patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to Hanzhong Retired Soldier Rehabilitation Hospital from February 2019 to August 2022 were studied and divided into rehabilitation training group and TMS group according to the computer grouping method.41 patients in TMS group were given TMS treatment,and 41 patients in rehabilitation training group were given rehabilitation training treatment on the basis of TMS group.The severity of mental illness(PANSS),self-efficacy(GSES),social function(SDSS),and quality of life(SQLS)were observed in both groups.Result:After 4 weeks of intervention,the scores of each dimension and total score of PANSS in rehabilitation training group were lower than those in TMS group(P<0.05).The GSES score of the rehabilitation training group was higher than that of the TMS group;the SDSS score of rehabilitation training group was lower than that of TMS group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of SQLS in the rehabilitation training group were lower than those in the TMS group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TMS combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of patients with chronic schizophrenia is helpful to improve mental symptoms,improve self-efficacy,reduce social dysfunction,and improve quality of life.
