Quasi-resonant Active Disturbance Rejection Control for Current Harmonics Suppression of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要 为了抑制永磁同步电机电流谐波并提高系统鲁棒性,提出一种新型准谐振自抗扰控制(quasi-resonant active disturbance rejection control,QRADRC)方法。该方法改进传统扩张状态观测器(extended state observer,ESO)结构,在其扰动估计回路中增加并联准谐振环节,由此构建的新型准谐振扩张状态观测器(quasi-resonant extended state observer,QRESO)作用于线性自抗扰电流环。新型QRESO中的基本ESO用以估计直流扰动,引入的准谐振环节用以估计交流扰动,从而使新型QRADRC既可有效抑制电机参数摄动带来的直流扰动,又能够极大提高电流谐波交流扰动的抑制能力。该文对该型QRADRC的谐波抑制能力和抗干扰能力进行理论分析、仿真和实验验证。结果表明,与传统的比例积分(proportional integration,PI)、比例积分谐振(proportional integration resonance,PIR)、自抗扰控制(active disturbance rejection control,ADRC)3种方法相比,新型QRADRC方法显著降低了相电流5、7次谐波和转矩电流6次谐波,并且具有面向时变电机参数更强的鲁棒性。 A novel quasi-resonant active disturbance rejection control(QRADRC)method is proposed for suppressing current harmonics and improving system robustness of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).The structure of the traditional linear extended state observer(ESO)is improved by paralleling a quasi-resonant link in the disturbance estimation loop.Therefore,the novel quasi-resonant extended state observer(QRESO)is constructed and applied to the linear active disturbance rejection current loop.The basic ESO in the novel QRESO is used to estimate the DC disturbance,and the quasi-resonant link is introduced to estimate the AC disturbance,so that the novel QRADRC could not only suppress the DC disturbance caused by the motor parameter perturbation effectively,but also greatly improve the ability of suppressing the AC disturbance caused by the current harmonics.In this paper,the harmonic suppression ability and anti-disturbance ability of the novel QRADRC are analyzed theoretically and verified by the simulation and experiment.The results show that,compared with the traditional proportional integration(PI),proportional integration resonance(PIR)and active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)methods,the novel QRADRC method can significantly reduce the 5th and 7th harmonics of phase current and the 6th harmonics of torque current,and has stronger robustness for time-varying motor parameters.
