布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗儿童咽喉炎的临床疗效观察分析

Observation and analysis of clinical efficacy of budesonide suspension atomization inhalation in the treatment of children with pharyngitis

目的研究儿童咽喉炎采取布地奈地雾化吸入诊疗的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月在我院就诊的咽喉炎患儿研究,总病例数62例,运用随机数字表法分组,均分为2组,一组为对照组,一组为实验组,对照组辅以常规药物诊疗(如地塞米松),实验组辅以布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入诊疗,对比两组疗效,包括有效率、炎性因子水平及症状消失时间。结果(1)临床疗效:实验组有效率与之对照组比高(P<0.05);(2)炎性因子水平:诊疗前,两组CRP(C反应蛋白)比较(P>0.05),诊疗后,相较于对照组,实验组CRP更低(P<0.05);(3)症状消失时间:实验组各症状消失时间(呼吸困难、咳嗽等)较对照组低(P<0.05);(4)不良反应:两组咽喉感染、皮肤瘙痒等不良反应率比较(P>0.05)。结论儿童咽喉炎采取布地奈地雾化吸入诊疗效果确切,可加速患儿症状改善,降低炎性效应,且安全性较高,值得借鉴。

Objective To study the effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation in diagnosis and treatment of children with pharyngitis.Methods A total of 62 cases of children with pharyngitis who were treated in the Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Center of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into 2 groups by random number table method.The control group,one group was the experimental group,the control group was supplemented with routine drug diagnosis and treatment(such as dexamethasone),and the experimental group was supplemented with budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation diagnosis and treatment.level and time to symptom disappearance.Results(1)Clinical efficacy:the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);(2)The level of inflammatory factors:before diagnosis and treatment,the CRP(C-reactive protein)of the two groups was compared(P>0.05),after diagnosis and treatment,the same Compared with the control group,the CRP in the experimental group was lower(P<0.05);(3)The time to disappearance of symptoms:the disappearance time of each symptom(dyspnea,cough,etc.)in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);(4)Adverse reactions:two groups Comparison of adverse reaction rates such as throat infection and skin itching(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation in children with pharyngitis is accurate,which can accelerate the improvement of children’s symptoms,reduce the inflammatory effect,and has high safety,which is worthy of reference.
