分化型甲状腺癌手术治疗的效果及对患者症状的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of surgical treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer and its influence on symptoms of patients

目的分析分化型甲状腺癌患者经手术治疗的效果及价值。方法回顾性方式纳入我院2020年1月-2021年4月内30例分化型甲状腺癌并给予手术治疗,观察手术治疗效果。结果(1)30例患者均接受手术治疗,手术耗时短,术中出血量、引流量少,淋巴结清扫数多且住院时间较低,术后并发症发生率为16.66%(5/30)。(2)30例患者手术治疗前TGAb阳性率26.66%,TPOAb阳性率23.33%,手术治疗后分别下降至6.66%和3.33%,手术前后数据有显著差异,P<0.05。(3)手术治疗后患者炎性因子各指标水平较低,甲状腺功能改善幅度较大,手术前后数据对比,P<0.05。结论分化型甲状腺癌患者经手术治疗后具有显著效果,继而改善机体炎性因子、甲状腺功能,降低并发症发生率的同时改善预后。

Objective To analyze the effect and value of surgical treatment in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer.Methods Thirty cases of differentiated thyroid cancer from January 2020 to April 2021 in our hospital were retrospectively included and given surgical treatment to observe the effect of surgical treatment.Results(1)All 30 patients received surgical treatment.The operation time was short,the intraoperative blood loss and drainage volume were small,the number of lymph node dissection was large,and the hospitalization time was low.The postoperative complication rate was 16.66%(5/30).(2)The positive rate of TGAb was 26.66%and the positive rate of TPOAb was 23.33%in 30 patients before surgery,which decreased to 6.66%and 3.33%respectively after surgery.The data before and after surgery were significantly different,P<0.05.(3)After surgical treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors were lower,and the thyroid function improved greatly.Comparison of data before and after surgery,P<0.05.Conclusion Differentiated thyroid cancer patients have significant effects after surgical treatment,and then improve the body’s inflammatory factors,thyroid function,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the prognosis.
